This stunning octagonal Wiveton Summerhouse was selected by a customer from our range of FSC® certified timber buildings and boasts a distinctive eight-sided shape and attractive hipped roof. Chosen to be a year-round retreat for a customer's garden, the building was both designed and built to order at our Norfolk factory. As with all of our timber buildings, this Wiveton Summerhouse was then both delivered and assembled at the specified delivery address by our team of in-house installation experts, who ensured everything was perfect before leaving the property.
Externally, the building is clad with smooth shiplap timber and painted in the shade of Sage, which was selected by the customer from our vast range of paints. Available in a range of sizes, the building measures 3.0 x 3.0m and it's hipped roof is topped with striking cedar shingles that will silver as part of their natural ageing process. All windows are double-glazed and feature a leaded glass design to further enhance the traditional aesthetic.
Internally, all of our Wiveton Summerhouses come as standard with insulation and natural pine lining, with our customer here opting to upgrade to Farrow & Ball paint and engineered flooring in the shade of Copenhagen, which not only looks attractive thanks to a solid oak veneer, but also boasts further insulating and sound absorption qualities. The interior of the summerhouse also benefits from the addition of an electrical pack with heater, meaning that the summerhouse can enjoy light, power and heat throughout the year, no matter what the weather is up to.
